Why did my builder give me this app? (I don't even like apps.)

Typically, when homeowners have questions about their new home or need to submit a warranty service request, most homebuilders take at least 2 business days to respond to their calls and emails. Sometimes, that turns into weeks and months, when there's a lot of back-and-forth communication required.

Your builder wanted to ensure that you don't have to wait for the help and guidance you need as you live in your new home. So, they invested in the most innovative, efficient and effective system on the market (Omnee) to give you the experience you deserve.

An app is just the most secure and convenient way to communicate, share important info and keep everything organized in one place.

What’s the purpose of the digital twin?

Having visual context of your property helps us get you the right info about your home’s unique systems and components, offer you accurate answers to head-scratching questions and provide personalized solutions when problems arise.  

It can even help you find important things like your shut-off valves or power switches, when you might not know where they are in your new home.

It also means that you’ll always have your home with you in your pocket, like when you're out bragging to your friends or shopping for your house.

How "intelligent" is the AI Home Assistant?

In short, it's pretty darn smart, when it's fed the right data. And, we only use the best organic, grain-fed data!

We feed it the specifications, documentation and other curated info about the systems and components in your house, along with the added visual context of your 3D digital twin.

We also train it to memorize your builder's home warranty policies so you can get the answers you need instantly at 9pm on a Sunday when your fridge is making a weird noise, instead of waiting for your builder to have time to get back to you.

How do I submit new home warranty requests to my builder?

The easiest way is to simply have a quick chat and share a photo of the issue with your Home Assistant. It can submit the request for you!

But, if you prefer to submit the request on your own, you just go to the Service tab (bottom left on the app) and create a new request (plus button). Then, you describe the issue, take a photo and submit. Either way, it's a heck of a lot easier than the process other homebuilders would have made you go through.

How do I get my AI Home?

If your builder has already scheduled a final walk-thru with you (usually within a few weeks of the day you will get the keys), then you can download the Omnee app at any time, and log in with the email address your builder has used to contact you.
