How do I get into the app?

If you've purchased a home from a homebuilder that is partnered with Omnee, you'll receive an email sometime around your scheduled closing date. In that email, you will get simple instructions along with a direct link to download the app from the appropriate app store. In the app, you'll find important info about your home, and have 24/7 access to Omnee, your personalized home assistant.

What can Omnee do for me?

Imagine having a dedicated assistant that's always available, that knows as much about your home as all the tradespeople who built it, and can speak to you in whatever language you're most comfortable with. They are also now your first point of contact to answer questions, help you solve house problems, look up information specific to your unique home, and submit warranty requests directly to your builder just by having a chat. That's Omnee.

Why should I trust AI to help me with my home?

There are still many things AI cannot reliably do today. Omnee doesn't try to do any of those things (yet). Omnee is focused on having conversations with you to get you the information you need, when you need it, and to act as the first point of contact for your homebuilder when you have warranty requests. Omnee has been training for over two years to effectively fill this role for you and your builder, and has proven to do it with professionalism, accuracy and reliability. How do I submit a warranty request to my builder?

Instead of filling out a form online or sending an email and waiting up to two days for a response, Omnee can help you immediately. All it takes is a 1 minute chat, where you can mention the issue, find out if it's likely to be covered or not, and submit a clear photo/video of the issue. Omnee will then submit that request directly to your builder for you, saving everybody a bunch of time and frustration going back and forth.
